They were punctual and very professional. They laid down 4x8 plywood from my front driveway around the back of my house for heavier equipment to protect my grass. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did and plan to have them back next spring to add some lights to the other wall and columns as we really like the one's that they installed on the new wall."

I was always pleased with the polite and kind manner of the woman I spoke with on the phone--I believe her name was Brenna. Last year, however, their technician killed my entire lawn and damaged a spruce tree when applying lime and another treatment. I had to call repeatedly to find out what they had done and what I should do to remedy the situation as quickly as possible, because I was showing my house to prospective buyers, and my yard looked TERRIBLE. What irked me the most was that Ed would only make comments to me through the office staff, and when he finally deigned to get on the phone, he said that nothing they had done would have burnt my lawn. I beg to differ; I've read online that excessive lime applications done in the hot months can burn a lawn. I'm not comfortable working with a company that lies to me, so I've terminated my account. Sad, after all these years. I'm giving more than one star because I feel I should acknowledge the past GOOD years of service."
