"I had additional services.  I had a leak and they were here promptly and took care of it.  I am very happy with Mark Kaufman.  They were here a month or two after the purchase date in July.  They were excellent repairing it and prompt.  There was no cost.  I think they were a little expensive but they were in the ballpark, I got 5 estimates and they were in the ballpark.  I have heard excellent things about them.  They were prompt, they responded when they said when they said they were going to, they said they were coming and I was happy doing business with them. "

"I highly recommend this roofing company! My newly constructed Lanai roof (Feb) unfortunately came with various leaks after the original roofer finished. After many attempts to repair and resolve, I was thankfully referred to Robert. His contractors were very professional, hardworking and successfully resolved all my leak problems. To include a serious leak coming down through my ceiling fan and light! And after two days of hard rain this week (July 30), I didn’t have any leaks! "They replaced my roof, but after a year the roof starts leaking, I called them they fixed it, but the roof is still leaking, they already came out 3 times to fixed it but still up to now, my roof still have leaks. UPDATE: The owner Bob came out to look at my roof, and admitted there were things that he looked at up there, and did not like. He fixed the problem. Since then there's been a lot of rain ,and no leaks. Highly recommend these guys."

"Mark did a soft wash of my roof and cleaned all my gutters thoroughly. I also hired him to power wash my porch and driveway. He did all this for a very fair price, and did a great job, including cleaning everything up afterward. Mark was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. This week, after Irma came through, I had a roof full of debris again. I called Mark to see what he would charge to come and just blow off my roof again, and he came over the same day and did it at no charge. What a great company! I will definitely use him again, and would highly recommend Suncoast Hydro Cleaning."

"They gave me a date to start the roof replacement and arrived by 8 am on the day promised. I have to say these are the hardest working men I have ever seen and they daily updated me on the progress and what was going to be done the next day. Many days they worked past the end of their working day to complete what they were working on to dry the roof in after that work day. They never left without cleaning up the property. Except for the dumpster, you would not even know they had been there that day. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job. What a pleasrue to do business with a company that does what they say they are going to do!"

"Based on Angie's list reviews, I contacted Scott with Sr Screen to look at my pool screen enclosure due to screens separating from the cage. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions during the estimate. I decided to replace all screens. My scheduled appt day was rainy so he called in extra manpower to get the job done as promised. Great work! Installed Phifer brand screen and I am very pleased with the result. Two year warranty."
