Without any real inspection or testing, they immediately claimed I needed replacement parts. I mentioned I had done a manual reset and it worked briefly?only then did they bother to take a second look. They guessed it might be the filter, but one tech couldn?t figure out how to remove it and asked me to do it. I removed and reinstalled it, and after they opened the control panel (though it didn?t seem like they adjusted anything), the water started working. No parts were used, yet they charged $150 instead of the quoted $79.99, plus a 6% credit card fee. Total: $159. I genuinely don?t understand how this company is Angi-approved. Avoid them."
