He showed up on time, was very fast and efficient, and my yard looks great! "Bob came and explained in great detail how the work would be performed by qualified workers. They were to take down two trees, trim dead wood from others and leave the limb wood for me to split and burn. The only thing the left me was three severely damaged shrubs, deep divots in the yard, and a torn screen on my window. Various voice mails and texts from Bob who said he would get me wood and fix the divots. None of that happened and no one from the company will respond to emails, texts, or phone calls."

They communicated with me by phone, email and text to let me know off the schedules and any chances. Did the work with a team of 5 and large, well-kept machines. removed the stump and removed all the debris and place was in perfect condition (minus our dead tree) when they left. final payment request came in promptly and was easy to pay online. I would hire them again without any hesitation. VERY happy with the company."
