"Wow! From start to finish, A Clear View was fantastic to work with. We never had to have our windows cleaned before and so I went into the process not knowing much. My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. I had asked for inside, outside, screens and sills to be cleaned. He was fantastic. Our windows look absolutely amazing. He also was very attentive to my husbands work schedule and when he could clean the office windows and worked around his schedule for those windows. Meaning, he couldn’t clean those in the order he probably wanted to, but was super accommodating about it. Again, he was quiet, polite, understanding to the chaos with all our pets and lastly, never spilled a drop or any water. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room. "The 2 techs first showed up after my dryer had died and cleaned the vents (inside - out and also from outside-in) as much as they could but said they needed me to have an operating dryer so that they could make sure everything was pushed out the side vent and airflow was good. They were very knowledgeable and honest which I appreciate when hiring any company without a first hand recommendation from my own friends/relatives first. They rescheduled a follow up appointment after my new dryer was delivered and were here the same morning and finished the cleaning and confirmed that everything was cleaned and working as it should now. "Hi! Regal Duct Cleaning is great! Julius was super helpful, professional, and explained everything they proposed to do. They arrived at the beginning of my 3 hour start time window which was great. They called when they were about 45 min out so I had plenty of lead time. They checked the whole “air quality” system and gave me a detailed quote before starting the work. They reminded me that the mechanical system also needs to be checked regularly by an HVAC company. I now understand the difference between the two services, what time of year to do each, and how often. They showed me photos of my system before so I knew what they were recommending for cleaning.
