They kindly remove some branches I had back there from another tree trim without even asking. "I had a pine tree that had several dead branches that the crew cut off but didnt not seal the cuts. Now i have tree sap running down the tree, all over the ground and on my vehicle. It says on the internet.. quote " it's generally not considered good for tree sap to run down a tree after a branch is cut, although a small amount of sap seeping from a fresh cut is normal and not a cause for concern; excessive sap flow can attract pests and diseases, so proper pruning techniques to minimize sap leakage are recommended. " unquote. I am concern about all this sap mess. My question why wasnt the spot where the brances were cut not sealed with tree tar or plastic. Now CHIPS TREE SERVICE has left my tree open to disease and insect infestation!!!! I would not hire them again for trimming trees."

"Pedro is a very nice man and does expert work. I highly recommend him and his team. I had just gone online one night last week on a site, put my information in and began searching for tree removal companies. Three companies came up in my area and Pedro outreached me that same evening. He came over the very next day and gave me a great quote on having my full grown grapefruit tree removed and hauled off. He provided several options and explained the removal process. He's very knowledgeable in his trade and I was pleased with the outcome. Since I will be having cement laid on that area, he offered instead of removing the entire stump to just chop the root down 3 inches below the surface and cover it with dirt, thereby saving me some money. That was very nice of him. My backyard looks great. No stump showing! I am having him back soon to take care of some large and very high up tree branches of my neighbors tree overhanging and constantly dropping leaves in my back yard. It will be tricky and require higher ladders and more equipment. I know he will handle it as expertly as he did today. Thanks Pedro!!"
