I had water coming into my basement near my bulkhead, and needed something to fix the issue. Specifically, I knew I needed a French drain where the water was coming in.

Tom was excellent - he did great work, he explained everything thoroughly, he responded promptly when I initially made contact, he came when he said that he would, and (this was amazing to me) he called back a few days after completing the job and wanted to come by and adjust something in the French drain / sump pump to make sure that it would work properly and not affect my radon remediation system in the basement. How many people put that level of quality and care into their work? Not many, so I'm glad that I found Tom!

I would recommend Tom to absolutely ANYONE who has water in their basement or has some concerns around flooding and/or sump pump issues.

The crew did a very thorough job removing the old and damaged mortarwork, and since they used a power washer as well as rock hammers the basement was quite a lot cleaner when they left than when they started. The worked quickly, cleaned up thoroughly, found and fixed more than expected, and completed ahead of schedule and on budget."
