From the beginning communication was poor, I was not told any updates and my house was left unlocked everyday with lights left on after the team left. When the project was done I had to have them come back to fix the overspray and paint splatter on my walls. My stove and counters were not covered when painting resulting in paint getting into these surfaces. The painting edges on all cabinets and on the trim was messy and all over the place in which I was told to wipe off with a cloth. My basement was left a mess and the painters helped themself to pieces of wood they assumed was scrape to use as painting supports- they ended up being pieces of a personal project I was working on. My wood floors were scratched by them trying to remove paint from my floors. At the end of this I was told this was normal practice and to hire a cleaning crew. Felt disrespected during this entire project."

While assessing the job, Mateus (the owner) pointed out a lot of additional details to think about, such as carpentry work for rotted boards, trim color (he pointed out how the trim was not painted in a consistent color scheme), and he suggested that the foundation and bulkhead door should also be painted. He also helped us with selecting colors that blend well together. A last minute addition was to replace and paint the stairs (treads and risers) to our enclosed deck, as those were also rotting, During the job, Mateus was there with his crew every day (non-rainy) as early as possible, and stayed until dark, until the job was completed. At all times the team seemed to work quite efficiently, and were very polite and pleasant. All along the way, Mateus helped us understand the steps of the required work, answered all the questions we had, and provided great guidance when we needed to make a decision, such color selection and material choices for replacing trim boards. My wife and I are delighted with the results (it looks like a new house). Pricing was very fair. I would hire this company again, and would have no trouble recommending them."
