The rep from sales dept(Kip) was punctual for estimate, courteous and profressional....and price was very fair, thus I hired this company over 2 others in contention for the job. No regrets!! Joanne in the office was also available to finalize details and was very pleasant to work with. Finally, the day the job started, the crew arrived right on time as requested(it was a work day for me and I needed an on-time arrival).
