"Paprice and the PCS crew were nothing but professional all the way through. We contracted them to demolish a brick house with a large concrete and stone foundation along with a wraparound driveway. They helped us through the permitting process, constantly checking in with the city and keeping things moving. They did the job exactly as they said they would in the timeframe agreed upon. They even took care of a couple additional items as change orders for a fair price. The site is clean, our neighbors are happy with the process, and we're ready to move forward building our own home. We searched around and I don't think you'll find a better value for your money. Job well done! I'd highly recommend PCS to anyone."

They were professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the process. The cleanup and repairs were done efficiently, and my kitchen looks even better than before the leak. "Spartan did an outstanding job on our property. We hired them for a full structure demolition and some land clearing/mulching, and they handled everything from start to finish with zero issues. The demo was clean, controlled, and done faster than expected. They showed up with the right equipment, stayed on schedule, and kept the site safe the entire time. What really stood out was how organized they were — no confusion, no delays, just straight execution. After the demo, they handled the mulching and clearing, and the transformation was night and day. The property went from overgrown and unusable to clean, level, and ready for the next phase. Communication was solid throughout the whole process, and pricing was straightforward with no surprises. If you need demolition, land clearing, or mulching work done right, Spartan is the company to call. I’ll definitely be using them again."

Small jobs welcome

"Did a great job, knocked out 4 stumps in about an hour for 60% of the price another company tried to charge me for just 3. Did an extra small stump for me just because he had time, at no extra charge! This guy will do right by you. I'll be telling everyone I know that he the go to guy for stump grinding in this area."

FAQs for demolition projects in Lawrenceville, GA

A professional kitchen demolition takes an average of eight hours (one working day) for standard projects. More complex jobs involving structural changes might require up to two days.

Factors that extend the timeline include discovering hidden damage, encountering hazardous materials, or removing load-bearing elements. DIY demolitions take considerably longer, often several days to a week, due to learning curves and limited equipment access.

Salvaging kitchen materials can be worthwhile if the components are in good condition. Cabinets, appliances, fixtures, and certain flooring types can be donated to organizations like Habitat for Humanity or sold through online marketplaces.

This approach reduces landfill waste and may provide tax benefits or offset some demolition costs. However, careful removal takes more time, so weigh potential returns against the additional labor involved.

On demolition day, expect noise, dust, and temporary utility disruptions. Crews will systematically remove fixtures, cabinets, appliances, and targeted surfaces. Protective coverings should be installed to prevent dust from spreading to other areas.

The space will be unusable during this process, so plan alternative arrangements for food preparation. By completion, all designated elements will be removed and debris cleared, leaving a blank canvas for your renovation.

Removing load-bearing walls without professional assistance is extremely risky and not recommended. These walls support critical structural weight, and improper removal can cause ceiling sagging, floor damage, or even catastrophic collapse.

Professional projects require structural engineer assessment, proper temporary supports, permanent beam installation, and building permits. The safety risks and potential for expensive structural damage far outweigh any cost savings from DIY approaches.
