This caused it to overheat resulting in unreliable operation and was a possible fire hazard. Brandon replaced the old transformer with a more powerful unit to handle 3 chimes. He discussed the job on the phone and came to the scheduled appointment to personally review the work to be done. He gave a very fair estimate to do the work. He was very polite & knowledgeable. He is waiting for a few days of good weather to do the job. It has been raining everyday for over a week. Due to some underground wiring that must be completed we need 4 or 5 good days of drying out before he can start and complete the job in a 5 to 6 hour period.
