This slowed us down because they couldn't get questions answered when a stain became unavailable while we were away. So it took a little longer than planned overall. "Jonathon, the very nice owner, communicates via email and issues digital invoices that can be paid via PayPal, which I appreciate.  For our large lawn, he only charges $35 for mowing, trimming, and blowing clippings off the pavement.  He comes as-needed, which means there is no set schedule, something that I love (no unneeded mowings!).  <br /> Last summer he also built a retaining wall with a gutter buried behind it for me, and edged the driveway in brick. I was exceptionally happy with both the price and the work done.  <br /> The only minor (and it is really minor) problem, is that sometimes it takes a while for him to follow up on an emailed request.
