We had a bid from TTT, (higher than the other years, but still reasonable) It was not a problem because we trusted them. This time we just couldn’t get it done. The communication was very sparse and we decided they were just not that inerested in our business. Everyone likes to feel valued, even though it was a small job to them, it’s not to us. Also, the linking with the other company has different pricing with strange breakdowns . We didn’t understand it, but we were willing to choose them anyway."
