"Casey and Brian showed up on time and reviewed gutter near the area where water is running into basement via the wall. Checked condition of gutter and checked to see if water flowed freely down the spout. And they checked area on roof around the gutter which included the chimney. After careful and thorough examination, they determined that gutter is not the issue but rather chimney in the area needs repairs instead to replace the rotten wood."

There was a short delay of a few days before they could start due to complications on another job but Genaro and his crew arrived when scheduled and began removal of the old walkway and timber walls. They finished in 4 work days and did a fantastic job. A suggestion to add 3 granite steps to reduce the pitch was excellent and added to the project.
