"Excellent service. Paint crew worked tirelessly for two days power washing, scraping, caulking, and then finally painting. They met and exceeded my expectations. Gutter crew installed covers and rehung two gutters that were flowing the wrong way (a problem that a previous company failed to correct). So far (<1 month), the covers and the repair seem to be working. Pricing and scheduling were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use JD Hostetter & Associates again."

"I called Dave Zier, owner of Preferred Roofing and Restoration, and asked him to evaluate our roof for possible hail damage. Dave responded promptly and he came out to look at the roof as promised. After examining the roof, Dave advised that our roof had minimal damage and did not need to be replaced. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to come out and evaluate the roof and explain the key indicators he looks for when making such a judgement. Rather than trying to convince us to purchase a new roof, or file a claim for hail damage, Dave provided an honest assessment of the situation. I will definitely call Dave back for any future roofing repair that may be needed."

"Eads Roofing did a great job. We had four companies give estimates. Although Eads was not the least expensive, they are the only ones who properly identified the problems causing wood to rot. Corey Casper, who managed the project, explained it clearly and spelled out the options. When it came time for the job, it was done quickly and with high quality. They did a great job matching the gutter color to our existing paint, and we're very happy with the quality of both the woodwork and the replacement gutters. The price was fair for the work done. Overall, we were very happy with Eads Roofing's work, and we'd hire them again."

"David and his team knocked out a checklist of items that we needed fixed from the inspection of our home. Items included wood rot repair and minor plumbing and electrical work. His estimate was lower than the estimate I got from another company, and I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!"

"I hired them to repair a leaking metal roof. They showed on time and were very professional. I will hire again if needed."

"I would definitely recommend Indy Rooftops LLC for roofing repair and/or replacement. Professional from start to finish. Responsive from the first call to scheduling the job and completing the work as promised and at the quoted price. The entire experience has been 5 star."

"I worked with Mike O’brien at Roof It Forward who was a tremendous help! I’m new to homeownership and he helped walk me through the entire process of fixing my leaking roof, including working with insurance to ensure everything that needed repaired was covered. Cannot recommend Roof It Forward and Mike enough!"

"Excellent work!  Orig. price quoted  was 4,150.00.  However, during tear off of old roof they had shown my husband five layers of roofing shingles (which was causing our roof to sag).   We initially thought there were only 3 layers. When initially called, they explained they were super busy and it would be about a month.  After a month, called them back to see how much longer and they were out within that week or next.  Came out at around 7am and were completely finished by 8pm that evening.   Including clean up.   Its been two years since work was done and roof is still great!  We will definitely have them do more work!  Sorry this post is almost 2 years later, however on the up side at least I can say the quality of workmanship is still like new!"

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! They have so many options at great prices! If you need help repairing or updating the look of your home, you HAVE to give them a call! Thank you Blue Ladder!!!"

"I randomly chose to call this company as it was local. I needed a few shingles replaced due to high winds. They promptly got back with me and was able to do the repair in the same week. Very courteous employee, he checked the condition of my entire roof, explained the repair needed. He did not try to sell me a whole roof replacement. I will certainly use this company again if the need arises and would not hesitate to recommend them."
