"We had a five star experience with David from Elite Green Carpet Cleaning. I put out a request for a proposal on Sunday and Elite Green called me almost immediately. David talked me through the process and mechanics of the cleaning, and it was the best fit for what we needed and also best price. By Wednesday of the same week Elite Green cleaned our area rug and bedroom carpet to perfection. They arrived exactly on time and did a quick and efficient assessment of our space before getting right to work. They were very professional and kind. The end result was better than we we hoping for. There was no strong smell from the products Elite Cleaning uses and the carpet/rug was dry almost immediately. Our bedroom carpet is white and had many years of stubborn stains that Elite Cleaning miraculously got out. It looked new. Our area rug had years of stubborn cat hair embedded in it and Elite Cleaning got it all out. 10 out of 10 will be using again and highly recommend!"

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. He pre-treated the carpet which had a combination of food, soda, construction dirt and gravel, and general dirt. Then he used the steam cleaner to clean all of the carpet. The entire house was suddenly transformed to look like it did 12 years ago when the carpet was first installed. "Over the years we've had professional carpet cleaning services for our 2nd floor and stairs. Most of them quote you something and when they arrive, its totally different price. Bryan was honest upfront. his price was very reasonable. on top of it he worked around our schedule - which is late evenings - in fact we scheduled for a 6:15 pm time. He was on time ( we were late 5 minutes due to traffic) he patiently waited, and then was cleaning till 9 pm. to make sure all stains are gone. WE actually had a "wow" factor when we went upstairs next day. Definitely going to hire Bryan again for the services"
