After discovering a 20x20 foot section of buckling shingles on our roof (which was only 8 years old), I reached out on Angie's List last Thursday evening. Vinnie called me immediately - at 7:00 PM! His knowledge and sincerity were apparent from our first conversation. Vinnie offered to inspect our roof over the weekend and arrived promptly on Saturday morning as promised. Not only did he identify the issues, but he went above and beyond by calling later that same day to offer completion by Sunday! Talk about exceeding expectations. The entire project was completed in just 4 hours. His team fixed the buckling shingles, replaced the warped decking underneath, flash sealed our skylights, and even repaired a cracked chimney. "He over-promised, but under-delivered. My main concern was repairing the cracks in the driveway. He said he would take care of them. What he did was to seal the driveway, leaving more than half of the cracked spots unrepaired. He charged $900 for the job worth $450 only. When I raised an issue for those unrepaired cracks, he said I should then have to called the asphalt paver, saying that those cracks are unrepairable. Which is contrary to what he promised when he quoted. This guy is not trustworthy."
