We worked on those ideas and visited the showroom several times to compare materials etc. The final design was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. All Keystone’s employees and subcontractors did a great job building the deck. The landscapers prepared the site and landscaped after the deck was complete. The concrete crew and stonemasons were excellent. The building crew, led by Reuben, was superb. Many of our friends are in construction and they all commented on the quality of work and materials. Every person from Keystone was very polite and responsive to any questions we had as the deck and patio were being built. My wife and I highly recommend Keystone Custom Decks."

"The quote was extremely quick and the service was scheduled within a few days of first contact. On the day of the service the crew arrived and got right to work. The seal coating was applied via brush and roller and was completed in about 2hrs. The crew did a great job edging and hand applying the coating near the garage and sidewalks."

"I purchased a ranch home with a finished basement in 2012 in Chester County. The sellers lied on the seller’s disclosure form and stated that the basement did not get any water. The first heavy rainstorm that we had left behind 2 inches of water in the entire basement. I had another basement waterproofing company come in to give me an estimate… naturally, after getting that estimate, I called a second company to compare, this time I called Access Basement Systems. Michael came out and was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. His estimate came in quite a bit lower than the other company, and I just felt that he was the right person to use. He did a wonderful job installing the system and left behind zero mess. Shortly after resolving my water problem, I contacted my attorney who started a civil law suit against the seller for lying on the disclosure form. During arbitration, Michael was kind enough to take time out of his day to testify about the conditions of my basement and that he was positive that this water problem has been occurring well before I purchased the home. Fortunately, I won my lawsuit, and was reimbursed by the seller for all damages, including the costs to repair the water problem. In 2016, I sold my ranch and purchased a new home. This time, I knew that the house we were purchasing had a problem with water in the basement. We got a good deal on it, so it was worth purchasing the home and repairing the problem. Since I had such a good experience using Access Basement Systems the last time, I hired him to repair the problem in my new house. This time, they also do finishing work (since our basement is currently finished). Super convenient that they can come in, tear the walls down, put in the waterproofing system, and refinish my basement in just a couple of weeks time. I refer Access Basement Systems to all of my friends and family who have a basement water problem. You will not be dissatisfied if you use them."

"Project took a little longer than expected with making the forms for the cement, as the man doing the work didn't understand exactly how Mark Pawling wanted it done. Mark was at a different job site and not available. However, once Mark was here things went much better. Overall he and his crew did an excellent job, and made sure we were happy with the job. The job started on Monday and was completed to our complete satisfaction the following week on Tuesday. I felt Mark really listened to us and did the work the way we wanted it done."

"Jason and his crew did an excellent job. He came to house, assessed the problem with the current stucco on house and gave me options for replacement. He prioritized areas that needed to be immediately fixed and gave me a couple of different options for completion of work. Stayed within my budget and completed on time. <br />"

"They showed up when they said they would and did their job very professionally and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. It all seemed to go very smooth once the work began. I did, however, have to request that they didn't leave cigarette buts in and around our yard. This constructive criticism was received very gracefully and the issue was rectified.  <br /> The main gripe I have about Dan-Tam Concrete Contractors is their overall level of communication. When they did the initial consultation and quote (22 April 2014) they were extremely communicative and punctual up until just after we signed the contract (29 April 2014). They were extremely nice and eager for our business which meant they catered to our schedules and were quick to get the contract signed. When we signed the contract back in April we were given a general idea of when the work was going to get started, roughly two weeks from that time about the week of 11 May 2014. However, mostly owing to the fact that we were in the middle of an extremely wet spring the work was delayed until late June. This is extremely understandable as you cannot generally do concrete work when it is extremely wet out and/or raining and there were an unknown amount of customers ahead of us. The main issue with our experience with Dan-Tam is the fact that I had to reach out consistently during that roughly 2 month time frame to get an update of when they thought we would start work. We would have been extremely appreciative of receiving a weekly update e-mail, or at least bi-weekly, just notifying us of the general delays in their other projects, again extremely understandable with the wet Spring, letting us know our situation. I have a feeling that they would not have let us know our status in their work queue until just before they were planning on performing the work had I not reached out to them. Unfortunately when I was the one being proactive and reached to them there was usually a significant delay in their response.  <br /> Overall a good experience with Dan-Tam and they are good about the payments and not taking any of our money until after they started work. This is very respectful and alludes to their good business practices. When we do decide to spend the money to get our driveway repaved we will certainly reach out to Dan-Tam again and consider their services. If I had the chance I would suggest this company to our friends and family."

"Bowder did a great job sealing our driveway. We were long overdue (12 years since we built!). I’m grateful they left us a door tag. Our driveway was sealed 4 days after we made contact. They had an extremely reasonable price. I almost felt guilty paying it! They were quick and efficient. Our driveway looks so much happier! We will definitely contact them again when we need their services in the future."

"Set up a time to meet. He arrived on-time. I told him our vision and he was full of ideas. He was excited about project and which plants would create a good amount of privacy without a lot of maintenance since that was a concern for us. Also had ideas about complementing colors of various plants. Once we decided that we were going to go ahead with the project, we set up a day to meet at the nursery. With help from the nursery, his ideas, and our ideas, we left excited about the project. He was able to come back the following week and start on the project. It only took 2 days and the outcome met our expectations. Of course we have to wait for the plants to grow in order to capture the full effect but it looks really good. He and another gentlemen worked very well together throughout the process and they cleaned the entire work area when finished. He is also coming back to put in a row of Norway Spruces for more privacy and create a wind barrier. I don't think I would ever give someone an A on price because when you want to do any kind of upgrades to your home, it's always going to cost you. Nothing is cheap unless you want cheap quality. I would and have recommended them to others. <br />"
