What was most impressive to me was that I made all the decisions on what I wanted done  and was able to talk to him about thoses decisions with complete satisfaction and no pressure. I was even told that at any time I could change or add a treatment when I wanted to.  Decisions made, appointments set up and kept on time, work very professional and a call from the office for next appointment and to make sure everything went well. They called throughout the winter and holiday season to ensure everything was okay. They asked if any bulbs needed replaced. If I did need bulbs replaced, they came out right away. They later removed all the lights and then cleaned the windows again. It was a little expensive but the price was competitive compared to others in the area. They were nice, professional, and responsive. I was pleased with the service."
