I spoke to the owner and ran down what i needed to have done. It was kind of an emergency , you see i was going to have guests over on the weekend. "I had thought I purchase two hours of electrical service only to be informed that the actual work scope was essentially limited to changing light bulbs, fixtures on an existing circuit, or trouble shooting an existing problem....things that I can handle for the most part on my own. Even if I had all the materials to add a fixture onto an existing circuit, that was not considered part of the contracted scope. His original bid came in 2/3rds of the other bids and he made me feel very comfortable, no big sales pitch, just options, recommendations and an accurate timeline. He cleared the back yard, took out trees, tree roots, coved my pool, did fake grass, landscaping, stone, lighting , electrical. He even arranged a pool contractor to replaster my pool. Rebuilt a wall that fell when the ivy was removed. Amazing job! So good. I got him to do my front driveway, all in all over 2000 sq feet of concrete. It was a big job but my house looks great now. They called throughout the winter and holiday season to ensure everything was okay. They asked if any bulbs needed replaced. If I did need bulbs replaced, they came out right away. They later removed all the lights and then cleaned the windows again. It was a little expensive but the price was competitive compared to others in the area. They were nice, professional, and responsive. I was pleased with the service."
