"Today, 10/13/2022 I had The Mad Hatter come out to do a fireplace inspection & cleaning. They sent Mr. Terry Hill out. He was on time, very professional. He answered any questions I had and he cleaned up after himself. The fireplace was in bad need of cleaning and after he was done, it was beautifully cleaned and ready for winter. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. He showed us a filter which we knew nothing about and had never been replaced since it was installed 10 years ago. Previous service workers had never shown us it was there.
