Main reason for hiring this service was for the shrub maintenance that was included, that only happened 2 maybe 3 times in an 8 month period and that only happened because I had to reach out and ask when they were coming to service. Their administration specifically HALEY -- extremely unprofessional, doesn't care about the customer, talks over you from a speaker phone and repeats herself without solving issues. They said I was a problem client because I continued to ask when services would be provided. Then they advised they would LOVE TO CONTINUE servicing my lawn. So I agreed, then they didn't show for 3wks, never returned any of my calls or texts and when I called and finally got through to Haley, she advised ..."oh your file says we re not servicing you any longer".
