"We have a small Cape Cod. (930 sq. ft.) We needed the aging slate roof removed. The crew protected shrubs and trees and cleaned up well. We have had the new asphalt roof for 9 months. So far so good. I don't anticipate problems. There was one small area we were not happy with. We called K the day after. They listened to what we had to say and they came out and fixed it. So, we were pleased and thought they gave us a fair price for the job. The work crew were not Kunsman employees, but a subcontractor. K have used this guys for years. At first I was wary about this (because I did ask if the roofer were employees of Kunsman or a sub). But, Kunsman said that he had a good track record and they would vouch for him. They were right. He and his crew were great."
