"It went very well. Tim is easy to deal with and very fair. Tim has the resources and access to resources to accomplish most anything having to do with fencing. Much of my back yard had to be cleared as it was overgrown. (house was built in 1948) I only had to have two very large trees removed, which were also near power lines... everything else Tim's folks took care of. Tim knows his fences. Due to the fence being 8 feet high, Tim used 6 by 6 posts instead the 4 by 4 posts used on my neighbor's 8 foot fence. The board on board insures privacy, where I can look through my neighbor's fence between the pickets. Where we were tight on space, Tim had the ties moved to the back of the post to allow for more room in those areas. I would recommend T & D Custom Fences for all of your fencing needs"

He measured our yard, explained our county code requirements. He knew what was required regarding fence height, gates, locks, etc. He gave us an installation date which he met. He arrived with a crew and unloaded all of the materials. It began to rain heavily and he gave his crew the option of coming back the next day. "Chris was easy to work with and schedule an appointment with. We had a new ceiling fan to install. On his first visit he saw that the existing structure was not adequate for the fan we purchased (which was too heavy, unbeknownst to me, for him to install safely without extra precautions). He had to return to allow for more time and materials. On his second visit he added what was needed for the fan to be installed with proper support. He added wood around the junction box holding the electrical wiring and then secured the wood directly to the joists. Now our daughter is enjoying some cooler air from the fan 😁. Chris was responsive to all communications and very comfortable to be around. I would happily ask him back for other work in our house."
