Even though we hired them just to put in a concrete pad for a hot tub on a pre-existing deck, they took the time to clean the entire deck, and even re-leveled some of the stones. It was amazing. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible.
