"Could not ask for more. Needed a large project done on short notice before I could proceed with other improvements. They got me a competitive bid on short notice, managed to get the materials on short notice, and then installed the project beautifully in 2 days. They also worked with me to hold some of the materials until the other improvements were finished and then completed that portion of the project without a hitch-even though we had bad weather delays. They were awesome to work with top to bottom!"

"Technician was prompt and professional. He simply straightened the cable to the sensors and the door worked. He then stapled the cable to the frame to keep it out of the way of the door opening. He sprayed the rollers and hinges with a lubricant. The charge for this service which took under half an hour was $100.00. There were no parts to replace or repair so I think the bill was really excessive. I would think twice about calling them again. (Note: I purchased the garage door from them 3 years ago)."

"
I contacted the company to request a design for my front and back yards for my older home. My plan was to have the company create an overall design to integrate some of my existing landscaping into a new plan. The job was to be a mix between us doing the work and the contractor doing some of the work. When I contacted the company towards the end of March, I was told there were a couple of projects ahead of mine. It may take about a month to get to mine. I was OK with that and just asked that I be kept informed.

Someone came a few days later to look at the project. He said he would be back to do measurements, but there were about 7 people ahead of me and it would take about a month or so to get to ours. I said that was OK. For the first phase, I just wanted to get a plan then move from there.

After waiting several weeks, I contact the company to get an update. I was told once again there were a few projects that were ahead of me and if I needed things right now, they could not do it. I said I could wait a few weeks and just asked that they keep me informed as I was able to take care of a few smaller projects in the interim.

it is not 3 1/2 months later and no one has contacted me to provide any updates. I can not comment on the quality of their work. My review is only to point out the poor communications and lack of responsiveness. No work was performed, they never came back to measure anything and all communications was started on my side of things.

My advice to anyone looking to hire the company is if you are told there will be a wait, expect a long one and do not expect any type of follow-up to your requests. I also got the impression that my project was "too small" and they tended to concentrate on the new homes being constructed. Waiting so long was my mistake. If you are told there are others in front of you, take notice of that and do not wait.

"

"His crew came in did the excavation and laid a
6and quot; gravel base on Friday then came back the following Tuesday as Monday rained
and finished the pour. The work looks great he even advised me on
staining and who to contact locally for products and advice. His crew
was professional and polite. I do Architectural drafting and estimating, have done concrete in the past and am finishing a B.S in Construction management. With this in mind I am anal about work performed, site safety and quality. If I had any little complaint i would have voiced it and request he make changes. As it worked out I am 100% satisfied and am already planing to use him again when I trim trees or extend my driveway next year.
"
