She was very friendly and explained everything that a deep cleaning entailed. I scheduled an appointment and I am happy I did. My wife and I where amazed at how detail oriented the service was. They even folded the blankets in my dogs kennels! The crew of 4 arrived on time and worked nonstop and efficiently for over 3 solid hours. Everything absolutely sparkles in our home now. "VentRight came to clean our dryer vent as the lint was not escaping properly causing inefficient dryer usage and a potential fire hazard. We emailed them on a Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, they called us the next day and completed the service on Tuesday. They gave us a 90 minute arrival window (not the typical 4 hour window) they were timely, professional, and corrected our issue without delay. The price they quoted was what we paid. Fantastic professionals."
