I met Billy and his crew when they were installing a beautiful fence and outdoor shower for my neighbor and he took the time to come over and measure my yard for a new fence. I was very impressed. My husband and I lost 2 of beloved rescue pups this year and adopted another one in March. Our home is On pilings and Our deck was not built properly so Jake could get his slim body thru the railings and almost jumped a number of times. I immediately called Billy for help as I was so upset and didnâ t want anything to happen to Jake. He was there the next day and said he would fit us in and build us a new deck with up to code railings as fast as he could.l get the decking and railings in. He and His dad were out within 2 weeks and 1 week later I had a safe deck with railings that Jake could not fit himself thru. My husband and I are and will always be so grateful to Billy and First State Fence. The quality of work and pricing is the best and we are so thrilled with our new deck.
