Not being there I was concerned with the quality of work. I didn't have to worry. The coating on the drive was just what BJ said it would be, the sides of the drive were finished beautifully, the spots on the drive that needed extra work were finished just as good. I couldn't be happier. It was well worth the price!! You can see by the quality of work this will last several years. Your crew was so kind and so professional and meticulous, that they knew that two particular windows were very important to my wife.  Your crew wanted to get them perfect and asked me some questions about them, that I could not answer. My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. "J & M Construction in Montoursville is the best I've ever used. They were not the first company i called and had 2 different quotes prior to their's. When J & M Construction gave their estimate it was so much lower! I couldn't believe it. I appreciated the fact that they told me the actual price of materials and therefore did not  upcharge me, I only paid for their hard work. The contract was very detailed and the time frame that was in the contract I thought woud be pretty hard to get done. But they did it with no problem and made sure to keep me up to date as they followed through to be sure that I liked the progress they were making or if I had different options such as closet door handles etc. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. After the job was complete, I was looking out the window and saw that the J & M Construction Montoursville vehicle was pulling in my drive. I went out and John had come with a mechanism with a magnet and went all the way around my house to pick up any nails that could have been left behind. That was so thoughtful especially since I have children. J & M Construction is licensed to do Commercial or Residential and all phases of construction. I give them a 10. <br />"

"Michael is the owner and the person who performed the work. He was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. He was the only person who actually gave a quote and then did the work. It is extremely hard to find someone who will even return your calls. He cleaned up the entire site when the work was completed. He did not start the work for about 2 months after we hired him but it was only because it was too cold to pour concrete. As soon as the weather improved he started the work and completed it promptly. He even wrote our kids names in the concrete (we had wanted it!) for us because we would not have gotten home in time before the concrete became too hard....."
