"We had major water damage from a ruptured water line. They replaced the drywall and trim where needed and painted the walls, trim and ceiling. In addition to the damaged kitchen, they painted the living room, hallway and laundry. Excellent work and completely satisfied with quality and cost. They also had one of their crew install new ceramic tile that we had purchased and the job was perfect."

"I hired Statesville Masonry & Decks for a covered patio and outdoor fireplace project. While portions of the work were started, the job was never completed despite full payment being made. Specifically, the contractor failed to relocate the outdoor fireplace to the agreed-upon location and did not cut an opening through the patio roof for the chimney, leaving the fireplace unusable. I made multiple attempts over several months to allow the contractor to finish the work. Several completion timelines were provided but not met, and the project was ultimately left incomplete with no refund or resolution offered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company."

The Centralina Landscape Group got its start in 1997 as Cauble Landscapes, named after it's owner Marc Cauble. The name changed in 2006 after partnering with our sister company, the Centralina Construction Group, which allowed us to get more involved in the construction side of landscaping. \n\nWe started as a landscape design/build only firm, but as years went by we found ourselves more and more involved with maintaining the landscape projects that we installed, which allowed us to work on a consistent basis with our customers. This led to the start up of our landscape maintenace division. \n\nNow with the landscape maintenance division in place we are a full service landscape company, with the ability to cover everything in your landscape from the Design to Installation to full service landscape management.\n\nOver the years many things have changed within our company, as it has grown, but the one thing that has stayed the same is our commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to make sure you are happy with our company and the service that we provide for you.

A professional repointing lasts 20 to 30 years without maintenance and extends up to 50 years when maintained diligently. This process protects your brickwork using high-quality materials that ensure lasting performance and durability. Consistent upkeep preserves its strength and appearance, providing enduring protection and enhancing your home’s overall structural integrity for decades.

You know your house needs repointing when you notice clear signs such as cracked, flaking, or missing mortar and visible discoloration on the brick surfaces. Additional indicators include loose bricks, water damage, and gaps between the brick joints that compromise the overall integrity of the structure. Addressing these issues promptly protects your investment and sustains the durability and curb appeal of your home.

A house needs repointing to preserve both its structural integrity and visual appeal. Mortar acts as a vital bonding agent that holds the bricks securely together. When the mortar deteriorates, it exposes the structure to water infiltration and further decay, increasing the risk of costly repairs. Repointing stops decay and reinforces the exterior, ensuring long-term protection.
