"We just had our roof replaced by Platform Construction and Roofing, 817-776-0302 Truly the first firm that were 100% honest, transparent in costs, timely in communications and did excellent work. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. "My house was hit hard by egg-sized hail in April 2021 so I called 3-4 roofers, including Roger the Roofer, shortly afterwards to assess the damage. Juston Preble with Roger the Roofer was the first to come and by far the most thorough in his inspection. He even used a drone to aerially photograph the roof so that physically getting on the roof wasn’t necessary – both for his own sake (steep slopes) and not causing further roof damage. The photos revealed the hail completely pierced the existing shingles exposing the underlayment in numerous places throughout the entire roof which meant my roof was at imminent risk of leaking. Of course, Juston already had quite a few roof replacements scheduled ahead of me but said he would be willing to call others ahead of me whose roof was not imminently at risk of leakage to see if they would be willing trade places on his schedule. Due to Roger the Roofer’s high rating in Angi, was recommended by my insurance company, and Juston’s very good first impression, I hired Roger the Roofer do my roof repair and gutter replacement. I was not disappointed. Thanks to Juston and his other client agreeing to trade places on his schedule, Juston was able to have my roof replaced the week following my first contact with him. Even though my existing roof didn’t have any turbo exhaust vents, Juston installed 3 of them with no upcharge in spite of not being covered by insurance. While the gutter replacement didn’t happen until some weeks later, that was expected. But similar to the vents upgrade, Juston offered to and did install upgraded gutter downspouts from what I had previously with no upcharge (and also not covered by insurance). Last but not least, once all the work was completed, Juston had someone come pressure wash my driveway to remove the marks the hail made at no extra charge. To say the least, I was very impressed with the quality of work Roger the Roofer did under Juston’s team and his willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely would hire him again (although I hope to not have to) and highly recommend his company."

"A neighbors tree on the property line damaged some of my shingles during a storm. I contacted Landin Roofing through HomeAdvisor and was promptly contacted by Benjamin. I told him about my problem and he was at my house in 15 minutes. By the way this was on the 4th of July! After surveying the issue he quoted me an unbelievably fair price. Before he arrived I had started cutting down some overhanging branches that were responsible for the damage but there were some really big ones I could not reach (I had my left hip replaced 2 weeks previous so could not get on the roof or a ladder for that matter). While on the roof Benjamin took the pole saw and cut down the offending branches for me. He did an outstanding job on the roof repair and I actually had already decided that for such prompt service and being the 4th of July I was going to give him a bonus. Also looked over the interior of our home and was able to get our insurance company to repair and paint our ceiling also. He and his crew were at our home within a week. Had the roof done in one day. Gutters were done the following day. Excellent work. Extremely happy. Russell is a really personable man also. Easy to talk to and he will give you multiple options for your needs. "On 10/13/2020, I used Premier Roofing & Remodeling to repair a few holes around my roof line where squirrels were getting in my home. "I had contacted new view roofing and was working to get a honest quote. They are certainly professional, however the price was a lot higher than expected for roof repairs. In addition it had no room left to do some of the additional repairs I needed. You will find roofing companies can cover your 1% deductible and more if they choose to. In majority of the cases they can cover gutters, vents, and include upgrades. It is best to shop around for 3 or so quotes and DON'T sign any contract, proposal or quote without firming down the price and items. I ended up choosing a really good/honest roofing company that worked with me to get everything needed for a great price."
