"Arrived & told me that trees were in peril & needed treatment. Since they were so big I couldn’t afford to not believe him. Another tree service said it was not an emergency situation. I should have waited. I don’t have the kind of money he charged me. I should have known better."

"Bob White, owner of BW INSECT CONTROL AND TREE CARE, contacted me via phone. After asking me a series of questions, he asked me to go and check my trees to provide me with an accurate answer to my pest control and kindly provided me with all the information I needed to treat my trees. Bob is generous, kind, patient provided me with all the necessary information to treat the infestation problem. Bob refused a fee for the information he provided, he a kind person and if it was not because he’s in Grand Prairie, Tx, he would definitely have been the person I would keep on retainer for all my garden problems. Thank you Bob!"

"Willard Seals is an expert on exterior painting. He and his crew pay attention to detail and deliver with excellence. My job was to exterior paint my siding and trim repairing as needed. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. It turns out they delivered great value at a very reasonable price. I will use them again."
