"I had a tree fall on my wood fence due to recent high winds.  I called the company who originally installed my fence to do the repair.  They could not accommodate me in a timely manner.  I have dogs and was afraid they would get out through the break.  I called Keystone and talked with Tracey and scheduled an estimate.  Cody came the next day and I had an estimate in my inbox that evening.  I scheduled the repair and Kent did an excellent job.  I called back when a older panel separated from a newly installed post and Kent promptly came out and fixed it.  This is a family owned business and does excellent job.  They are definitely customer centered and work with you to make sure you're completely satisfied.  I've already recommended them to a friend and will definitely call them if I need any additional work with my fence.  Extremely satisfied with this company. <br />"

"Thor is the best.  I was out of town for the second half of the project and the project turned into more than he or I bargained for.  He handled everything brilliantly and I trusted him to do a great job.  When I got back I was blown away by the quality of their work. The house is a really unusual mid century modern that the other contractors who came by for quotes were completely scared of...some of them didn't even get back to me. This place was in Really Really bad shape with a large amount of wood rot, structural issues, and come to find out during the repairs...a large amount of termite damage. "The Braswell representative arrived on time and was courteous, helpful, and honest.  Though my specific situation was not Braswell's primary focus (it will involve masonry repairs and water sealing around my house's foundation) the representative nonetheless was very thorough in examining the area in question, he tested for dampness, and he recommended multiple courses of action that should repair and permanently correct the issue.  He displayed integrity by not trying to make a quick buck.  Instead, even though he knew that his company would not be responsible for the repair, he still discussed possible solutions at length.  Should I need water damage repairs in the future, particularly roof related, I will certainly be calling Braswell Construction Group. <br />"

"I'm handicaped, needed hole dug (4x4x3) to plant a 9 ft tree,three people had said they come and plant it, none showed up. Ran into Mark at Home Depot and asked if he could recommend someone to do this small job. Sure enough he said he would do the job and followed me home and completed the job in about a hour. What he charge was minimal .
