"Everything went pretty well. The only place where there was any room for improvement was scheduling things so we could get a definite date/time lined up. We knew that it would be done most likely by today (15mar2019) and were glad to have the repairs done earlier (14mar2019). He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work.
