"Weâ ve had our parking lot sealed and striped in the past several times. We were kind of surprised how much everything has gone up in price. We got some bids on our lot. MLK was the lowest bid. We thought we might have to sacrifice a little quality since it was the lowest price. Man were we wrong. They were very professional and courteous. They weeded around the lot cleaned it off and patched any cracks in the lot. Then took the time to cut in the perimeter of the lot to not get any sealer on anything but the lot. The best crew and job weâ ve ever had. I could have just said Great job but I wanted everyone to know this is a very good company and you wonâ t be disappointed in their performance and how well they handled this job.
