"Mr. Workman did renovations on a full bath and the powder room. Both rooms had rotted floors under the toilets, so that all had to be torn out and repaired The full bath needed drywall repair and painting. He installed a glass shower door on the tub and installed tile trim around the existing tub walls. He tiled the floor and painted the whole room and installed a new light fixture. The Powder room had a totally rotted floor under the toilet. He tiled the floor and the walls up to about 4'. He painted the ceiling where it had water damage from leaks on the floor above. He repaired the existing wallpaper above the new tile."

"I have had Charles do work for us a few times now (he has also done work for my sister and my neighbor.). I really enjoy working with Charles and really appreciate his good work. This project was more of an afterthought because the deck was built last year by another builder. Charles originally gave me a quote and scheduled work for the screens only. But when he came to get measurements and explain his process I became discouraged when it looked as if one of the screens would have a very awkward placement in front of a window. I wanted to give it some more thought so I didn't suggest any changes at that time. When he arrived to do the job, I explained the problem and my concerns to Charles who was more than happy to come up with a plan to accommodate the necessary changes, including an expansion of the deck. Due to the cancellation of another job he was able and willing to work on the expanded project in the same time frame as the original work so we did not have to wait. We are VERY happy with the result of the work done, Charles has an eye for detail and is very thorough in his work process. He communicated all of the steps involved very clearly as he progressed through the project and left no trace of being here except excellent workmanship! I have recommended Charles to others in the past and I am happy to recommend him to anyone who needs a dependable and capable handyman."
