"Excellent.... we haven't been billed yet, but whatever it is is OK. The technician came out twice -- once to evaluate the system which he did with a thorough long report. There was no charge for that visit. Once we decided what we wanted, he came out again, made all fo the necessary repairs and set the system to run according to our town's watering regulations. There were a number of issues with our system. He made repairs and reset all of the sprinkler heads so that the yard (which is large) would be fully covered. He also found a head under a wood pile! and, he made repairs to an outdoor faucet that had frozen last winter. Without asking he added a spout to the line so that we could attach a hose to it as well. Wonderful! That's what we love -- he showed initiative and was highly professional. We couldn't be more pleased! We will be using Grasshopper to do our annual maintenance. I don't doubt that they would be excellent for putting in a whole new system. I asked about the wifi system for turning on and off. Even though he could have sold me the system he didn't recommend it. Greatly appreciated! Thank you to Angie's list that we found Grasshopper."

They installed 3 new ballasts in various rooms, repaired two light switches, removed an old alarm system, and added a new outlet for my microwave. For the amount of work and the new materials they used I feel the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend them."

"Excellent!....George promptly came over our house to look over the electrical job to give us an estimate. Later, (that same evening) he emailed a written estimate for us to look over and sign in order to schedule our job asap. The job was scheduled quickly (within days) and the install went very smoothly. The small cut-outs in the sheetrock they needed to remove for wiring the outlets were very cleanly cut and repaired with care. Our TV looks great and the electricians were very pleasant and professional. They even had patience with our kids and two dogs in our busy home!
