"Excellent.... we haven't been billed yet, but whatever it is is OK. The technician came out twice -- once to evaluate the system which he did with a thorough long report. There was no charge for that visit. Once we decided what we wanted, he came out again, made all fo the necessary repairs and set the system to run according to our town's watering regulations. There were a number of issues with our system. He made repairs and reset all of the sprinkler heads so that the yard (which is large) would be fully covered. He also found a head under a wood pile! and, he made repairs to an outdoor faucet that had frozen last winter. Without asking he added a spout to the line so that we could attach a hose to it as well. Wonderful! That's what we love -- he showed initiative and was highly professional. We couldn't be more pleased! We will be using Grasshopper to do our annual maintenance. I don't doubt that they would be excellent for putting in a whole new system. I asked about the wifi system for turning on and off. Even though he could have sold me the system he didn't recommend it. Greatly appreciated! Thank you to Angie's list that we found Grasshopper."
