"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. "We've used Constantly Running for plumbing issues such as fixture replacements and pipe leaks and have been very satisfied with work performed by James Russell, proprietor, and his staff.  We'd had them out to install a new garbage disposal and snake a slow bathtub drain.  While cleaning out the drain James discovered that there was a small hole in the drain pipe that had been covered by accumulations of debris that once removed, allowed water to drain through the hole onto the ceiling of the room below.  In conversations about the state of the bathroom in general, we'd mentioned that it was our intention at some point to have the bathroom renovated. They had to return to replace the defective portion of drain pipe and repair the ceiling of the room below and while they were working, James offered to renovate the bathroom at a price that sounded eminently reasonable.  I wasn't aware that this was a service he offered, but since we've always been impressed with his work, we decided to go ahead with the project.  At first glance if looked straight-forward, in term of removing old wall and floor tile and replacing it, as well as the tub enclosure and the vanity.  It turned out to be a larger project, as the all the walls and flooring need to be taken down to the wood frame.  The walls and flooring were replaced, and new tiles, fixtures and paint that we had chosen and purchased were installed.  The craftmanship was exemplary.  James and his staff were totally competent, eminently courteous and friendly, and the job was done in a timely manner.  The renovation turned out better than we had ever thought possible, and we are very happy to have been able to work with him, and hope to do so again with another bathroom.
