"Extremely professional-received a reminder call the night before, the tech (Lance) was on time to the house and he listened, inspected, tested all areas before explaining what was wrong and the estimate. He even showed me other plumbing problems I was never aware of! Lance admitted when he was unable to assist (tankless water heater) yet offered to help me understand any terminology the water heater company might throw at me. His explanations were easy to understand, he never made me feel uneducated, he was very courteous and did the repairs quickly in my home AND my dog loved him! I highly recommend Lance and Precise."

"I've gone through a lot of contractors working on my old house. Most fall into the standard category. Late, bad communication, wildly expensive, and hard to schedule. Howard is the exact opposite. Working with him was honestly one of the best experiences I've had working with contractors I've had as a home owner. He was communicative and on time every day, gave me some solid landscaping guidance, worked with me to establish target goals, and then delivered on them. Howard really went above and beyond what we'd hoped we could accomplish, and I'll definitely be working with him for any future projects I have."

"These guys replaced a water main that had broken, leaving us without water. Definitely one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. Raul was very prompt in coming out to diagnose the problem and proposed a solution that was much much more cost effective than other quotes that we received from companies that tried to scare us into believing that we needed to have unnecessarily extensive and incredibly expensive reconstruction done on our main line, which came into the house under concrete in the driveway and garage. The crew they brought out responded quickly, were very respectful, did a good job, and were meticulous in cleaning up all the mess of mud and debris that necessarily was involved in the process. They are certainly now our go-to plumbers should any other needs arise with other issues, and we highly recommend them."

"I'm so glad a neighbor recommended Duane to us! With a little bit of fact-finding, knowledge of the area, and troubleshooting on the spot, Duane fixed an issue we'd been having with our outdoor faucet since 2019 within in 5 minutes of his arrival (turns out we just needed to open a valve all the way). We'd previously had a big-name plumber come out, ask no questions, and quote us $250 to fix the faucet that ultimately worked just fine -- didn't realize that wasn't the right approach until we met Duane. Will hire him again and recommend him to friends, without a doubt!"
