"I selected D&D for a patio installation project. In March during the design and planning, they were very responsive. After they submitted the permit, they almost never responded. My village gave feedback in late March and 2.5 months later D&D never moved the project forward. Only received 1 message in April saying they would get back to me and one meeting in May saying they are waiting for the village (that was not true per my village). It has been another 3 weeks since I have heard back from the team after telling them the village is waiting for them to provide more information. The office does not return calls or texts either. This has been a very frustrating experience as D&D almost never texts back or returns calls. I have called or texted almost daily for two months. I am very surprised by their high rating as they seem incredibly unresponsive to me. I do not recommend anyone work with D&D."

I had some recessed LED lights in my basement that stopped working and David assessed the problem quickly and rectified the problem. He also installed some new dimmer switches for me. He was in and out in 1 hour. This was a small job and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out, but David was eager and prompt. I would HIGHLY recommend David Roesner. "
