The steps were done to my request and even included a side wall. My tenants are thrilled with their new steps and wall. all my tenants and neighbors have told me what a nice job that they did on them. "They were prompt and completed the job timely in April 2017. We then had the driveway professionally sealed in June 2017 as they recommended. The problem is the concrete is now badly scaling. I called them twice to explain the situation and they said they would send someone to look at the problem. It's been over two months and no one has contacted me and no one ever came to see the condition of the concrete. I also sent an email to Omnipro through this site one month ago, and again no one responded. Very disappointed. I will only hire them for future work if they will demonstrate appropriate follow-up and resolution."

"Matt completed a completed bathroom remodel for our main bathroom. Included tearing out all old materials, installing a new tub, tile on the walls and floor, and new vanity, sink top, toilet, lights, the works. We are very pleased with the work. Matt takes his time to do a quality job. There was a lot of tile work, and it looks great. Matt installed built in shelves for the shower with an arched top, and it looks very nice. He is a skilled craftsman. Matt is also a very honest person. We had to leave town for a period while the job was underway and we did not hesitate to give him access to our house while we were gone. That is very important to us."

In fact he only correctly diagnosed an issue after I repeatedly pointed out what I thought was the issue. No specific plans or detailed suggestions for improvement were given as a part of the deal. Mike did proceed to give me an estimate to repair one of the issues, which was extremely high. Basically the service that was given was okay but certainly unimpressive based on the amount of money paid."

"I wish I had before and after pictures instead of just finished product.  He took a dark basement in an old house and created a wonderful living space. He used quality products and did things that were unexpected, like polishing the existing concrete floors to make them contemporary and beautiful.  He soundproofed the ceiling to the point that I have yet to hear a noise coming from the basement.  He relocated the laundry room and made it compact and more functional.  He helped me locate a display kitchen to use instead of purchasing a new one which saved me thousands.  <br /> <br />My poor photography does not do the space justice.  He selected colors and came up with the idea of a knee wall in the existing glazed tile shower.  He put in egress windows both for safety and for light.  He moved so many wires and pipes from the ceiling, leaving only what pipers were necessary. He thought of every detail and did a stellar job. <br /> <br />I cannot recommend him enough. <br /> <br />Reading his reviews, I understand that he can sometimes be difficult to reach but once the project began he was dedicated to it. And as for the sometimes slow pace, I am completely willing to wait for this level of work. <br />"
