"I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."

"Last year I hired a company who advertised themselves as "budget". I got what I paid for and actually was overcharged for terrible work. This year I hired Quinlan. The owner came out and looked at what needed to be done before giving me a quote. On the day the work was done, he came out with the crew to make sure things were going well. They did an excellent job of rebuilding my doorway and installing a new door-which is now airtight, properly caulked and weather stripped."

Was also pleased that he had availability that same week I wanted to start the project. He came prepared and took great care while working in my home to ensure the work area was clean after he was done. The end result of the project also met my expectation of quality. As other reviewers have said he may work a little slow but the quality speaks for itself. I much rather have the job done right than rushed with a poor quality of work.
