Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."

"Dariusz did basic work and disappeared for hours at a time. Didn?t complete job and charged over 500.00 to hang shower head and curtain. Hinge paintings and mirror on wall, and connect cable to tv. Said he needed extra help and came back sooner than he thought. Helper spoke no English and stood around and talked in languages to each other in front of me. Went out for parts for another hour and a half came back with only hinges and no curtains for window. Explained it was too hard for him to take care of curtain in 6 hour job to hang paintings and shower. I waited to give review just in case he needed to refix anything done.?"

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "
