"Moving from Michigan to Florida was not easy. I worked with Desire she was very helpful and couldn't ask for a nicer person. Efren did a great job packing our stuff. I was really worried about my Christmas scene that I put up every year. It arrived all in one piece. Very thankful for that. The only reason I'm giving them 4.5 on work quality is when they were unpacking our stuff they seemed to be in a big hurry. Still everyone we worked with was very nice and hard workers. I would hire them again if needed."

"I submitted a request to Angie s List as I was getting ready to sell our house. I was looking for a pool company to make some repairs to our pool. When I spoke to the representative from Angie s List, it was mentioned that we were moving out of state. I was told that Angie s List could assist with that as well. In response to that conversation, I received a call from Erik with Nationwide Van Lines. He represented himself as an employee of an A-Plus company that has been in business for 25-plus years. I asked Erik to give me a quote for a full-service, out-of-state move. I was very happy with the quoted price and was encouraged by Erik to go forward with a Risk Free Deposit of $1,700.00. At the time, I was only able to pay $500.00. In hindsight, I consider that a blessing! Erik emailed me the moving quote and asked that I electronically sign it at my convenience and send it back. He had already taken payment of $500.00 for a Risk Free deposit. For the record, I never did electronically sign the moving estimate. As I was contacted through Angie s List, it didn t even cross my mind that they could be scammers! About a week later, I was contacted by Brandon. He advised me that Erik had been terminated and Brandon was my new contact person. Never was it mentioned by Erik or Brandon that there was a 72-hour cancellation window. This shouldn t matter, however, as I did not electronically sign the moving estimate! As the move was approaching, I decided to call and pay the balance of my deposit. After a gut feeling, I decided to do a little more research before paying my balance. When I googled Nationwide Van Lines, I noticed a different phone number and address. I decided to call the 800 number that came up with my Google search. They answered as Nationwide Van Lines. I advised them I had an upcoming move and that I would like to work out a few details with them. When the customer service representative couldn t find my info, she advised me that I had been scammed. The real Nationwide Van Lines receives calls almost daily with horror stories of people who have been scammed by the company Nationwide Movers. The representative advised me that Nationwide Movers has been using the reputable name of Nationwide Van Lines to try and get business. They are known for lowballing the estimate to get the business, and then they greatly increase the price and use a third-party mover to complete the work. Sometimes, even holding your stuff hostage. She asked that I file a complaint with the Department of Transportation, which I did. The DOT number is for a company called EZ Moving Group DBA Nationwide Movers."

"This company is a rip off Tyler the owner son sent a 3 man crew to move me and my family . One of the crew members quit mid move I had told them 10 minutes into the move that this mover was texting and moving slow it caused him and one of the other movers to have words because they new he wasn’t pulling his weight. Meanwhile before they unload the truck with a two man crew they tell me they still are going to charge me for the third man first two hours although he didn’t help saying he was present and they will take 45 dollars of the move in which I ended up having to pay 400 more because they were not done in time because the mover quit and barely helped I would never recommend this company for anyone to use the movers G.O and Jesus were great even in the circumstances they continued to push and get it done ."
