"November -Project was scheduled for Monday through Wednesday. Not finished. Came back on Saturday. Plumbing leaked in basement. Plumber came and fixed leaking. Bathroom still not properly finished. Now it is January and second installer came. He ripped out everything first installer put in. Was supposed to be Thursday and Friday. Had to come back on Saturday. Sunday water pouring into basement again. Shower not useable. Came back on Tuesday to fix problems. Finally finished but not in a timely manner whatsoever. What was supposed to take three days actually took two months. So frustrating."
