"Excellent! The owner Dan came out and gave us an estimate. He knew exactly what we wanted and made some suggestions that enhanced the look. He was exceptionally professional and friendly. Once we decided to go on the project we contacted Dan and he gave us a start date. True to his word, he came out promptly at 8:00 with a crew, who were wonderful, courteous, and worked well together and professionally. "We were very pleased with overall job. The only slight issue we had was the timing which wasn't totally their fault . I was told a start date of a couple weeks earlier then when it was done. The weather did not cooperate as there was a lot of rain which backed jobs up. I did call to confirm start date and found it was not the date I thought it would be. What they could have done a little better would be to let clients know better a change of start date. Other then that everything was great. The people were friendly, knowledgable and professional. Quality of work was exceptional as well as the products they installed. Mark Barkman returned after the job was completed and went over everything with me and gave me pointers in the care of everything. I would highly recommend them and will to my neighbors. <br />"

"I haven't got my gift card yet. I haven't completely set up the system yet. My wife and I had to go out of town and I had it set up for the most vulnerable places.  <br /> <br /> I thought the gift card was supposed to be here within 30 days. The house was flooded in Aug. I didn't realize I couldn't set it up, the first part of the house we did after the flood was the den. But we bought a lot of our stuff and kept it in the den because we could only get a small storage bin. 20000 people looking for storage space, there weren't any left. Most of the stuff I have was stored in the den and it has 8 windows, so the windows where the system was going was in the den.  <br /> <br /> Now the motion detector and security system has been set up except for a few window magnets. The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"

"Service tech Harold Thuesen and his partner rapidly diagnosed a series of issues with the system, from a faulty pipe joint that was allowing air into the lines to a faulty previous repair on the solenoids that had turned a four-zone system into a single-zone system lacking the pressure to power the sprinkler heads. They fixed the joint and rebuilt the solenoids. With the system working, they were able to flush all of the many sprinkler heads save one, which they replaced. Then they showed me how to program the system. They clearly had the expertise to diagnose and make repairs quickly, and they could not have been more helpful and professional. They did all of their work in an hour, too. These guys were not dawdlers. Highly recommended."

They brought out pieces of all the pipe and tile that was being used and explained how everything was going to work. They were respectful with communicating the times they would be working, they were respectful not using any profanity while working. The job was done in a timely manner. The most impressive thing was that they replanted our rhubarb plant and replaced or upgraded any issues with our sprinkler system as they went along.
