"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. "We have been having a problem with pigeons hanging around all day on/under our solar panels. I originally had a handyman who was going to install mesh around the edges of the panels and yesterday (the day he was supposed to come) found out he didn't have insurance/license so I canceled. I then went into a Zoom meeting and heard the darn pigeons cooing and fluttering all over the roof and got so upset.
