"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

Now that they are done, It should be much warmer in our master bathroom as the insulation is much better and  is now better protected from the elements. In addition, there is no sign that there was any damage to the roof of our garage at all as it was perfectly replaced.  <br /> After the job was complete, a supervisor came out to see if the job was completed to our and the companies expectations. They asked if we were satisfied and to let them know if we had any questions at all in the future. They also had me sign a paper so that they could send me their warranty.
