I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. I am very pleased with my larger, beautiful, and SOLID new deck! I'm also extremely pleased with Jim and the crew at Premier Exteriors! I would definitely hire them again for future projects. "The cement patio replacement went absolutely amazing! Angel of Carrizales Concrete & Construction was contacted on Thursday that we were in need of our Concrete Patio replaced & Angel was at our house on Friday to give us a quote which was a fair quote that we accepted; & by Saturday the old cement was torn out & hauled away & by the end of the weekend it was formed & the Concrete was ready to be poured. The following Saturday Angel had his crew at our home bright and early to pour the Concrete & by the end of the weekend our patio was completed & ready for our party the following Saturday. Angel's crew was very neat & efficient; everything was cleaned up in a timely manner. The edging on the sides of the cement are very nice, cuts are straight & the smoothness of the patio is just perfect so as to not slip when it's wet. I highly recommend Angel & his crew in fact he'll be returning to repair our driveway in the near future."
