He knew exactly what to do with both the doors and explained me all the work he is going to do. He saved the front door and had to replace the back door because of the excessive damage. He replaced the subfloor and installed tile (backdoor) and hardwood (front door). Overall I am very happy with the way the repair of the floor (both tile and hardwood) came out."
